I rode very little and didn’t create anything. As mentioned in my previous post, I took a step back to rest.

It’s been an interesting week; I’ve been productive, accomplished a good bit, but feel like I’ve done nothing of any significance.  Motivation is low and my creative spirit is in need of a recharge.

What does this mean?

It means I need to get out, ride and get lost in nature for a bit.  When you get a bit bummed, it’s never a bad idea to take a little escape from the “day-to-day”.  Don’t be afraid to take a step back, fill your flask and go explore.  Some of the best ideas have hit me in times likes this; so, I encourage you to embrace the low/slow times with the high/fast times evenly.
