It’s pretty rare that I run into solid handbuilt bicycles like the Signal Cycles Pulse previously featured at NAHBS. Drew Honeycutt is the lucky owner. As soon as I saw him roll up for the Bici Coop Team ride in Birmingham, AL I knew I needed to nab a few shots of this steel beauty. With that said I did only nab a few shots. It was significantly hot, at the end of the ride, and there was fresh nitro cold brew ice coffee from Domestique Coffee under a shaded covering calling our names. Here are the three shots that made the cut. Hope you enjoy!

#CoffeeOutside With 14mm Of Fun
I love #coffeeoutside and I love using my fresh Fujinon 14mm f/2.8 lens to capture it all. Really… the Fujifilm X Series in general is constantly blowing me away. Just got this lens in last night and needed to tell you fine folks how pumped I am on it. So easy to ride x shoot with.
Anyways, here’s a simple post from this mornings ride, coffee, and chill sesh. I hope you’re having an equally great morning! Cheers!
The PDX Invitational Photo Recap From Afar
This looked absolutely amazing. Perfect example of rad folks coming together to make rad things happen! Really wish I was able to travel out to Portland for this event. Glad that I can live vicariously through Erik Kellar’s killer shots, photo-documenting the event! He did and amazing job all around. Captured some friendly faces that I need to see soon.
Go check out other things from PDX Invitational and Erik’s other photographical greatness. Cheers and Happy Friday!!

Review // Blackburn Design Central 100 Front + Central 20 Rear Lights
Really solid little lights from Blackburn Design. LOVE the extruded alloy shell on the back. Makes for a clean design that feels fancier than the price tag lets on. Another function I love is that every time you click through the cycle to turn the lights off, an LED fuel gauge/charge indicator lights up letting you know where you’re at with charge. If it’s low just plug them into any USB charging port, charge, and away you go. You can either clip the lights onto your bag, pocket, etc. OR use the silicone mounts that Blackburn provides. I find both options very useful.
DETAILS:
Central 100 Front Light • Built to ANSI FL-1 light standard
• Micro USB charging connection
• Extruded Alloy Shell
• 3 modes:
• High: 100 lms
• Low: 50 lms

• LED fuel gauge/charge indicator
Central 20 Rear Light

• Blackburn Strobe: 20 lms
Runtime:
• High: 25 hrs
• Steady flash: 42 hrs
• Blackburn strobe: 76 hrs
• LED fuel gauge/charge indicator

Cadence Collection // Diablo Wind Vest
More than amped on the Cadence Diablo Wind Vest! It’s beyond light weight! Perfect for cool mornings or windy days. It’s easily packable and feels great while riding. If you’re in the market for a wind vest… look no further. The Diablo has you covered AND is currently on sale for $99!
On a side note: I’ve been personally and professionally inspired by Dustin Klein from the inception of this thing we call FOLLY. It has been amazing to watch as he has grown Cadence and the team that supports him. Each piece of Cadence gear I use daily is a reflection of Dustin and the Cadence crews hard work. It’s inspiring and I’m proud to wear and support that. I hope you have similar feelings about it.

The Cadence Saddle Bag
I’ve been in need of a new saddle bag for a while. I rolled with the Chrome Industries small tool roll for a couple years and it served me very well, but it was time for an upgrade.
The Cadence Saddle Bag is very deceiving. It’s small and appears as if it will not house your kit, but it will!
Kit includes 45c tube, Crank Bros M17, Co2, Co2 adapter, and tire lever.
Go to Cadence and check out more info and color options with this saddle bag. Two thumbs up!
