Had a great weekend. Got a lot of time in on the rollers. I rode a little over 40 miles Sunday at an average 18 mph. I’m getting faster!! Not the best, but good for me. I also switched to the SHC Cobb Saddle which has been amazing. You can pick one up at Blevins Bicycle Co. (Support Local)

I love people that don’t give up learning. A lot of people get set in there ways and give up on expanding boundaries. Maybe they are scared of change. Prolly is not one of those people. Cool photo and motivation. Read his post “From 29’R to 20″ and Back Again”
