Glasses of wine 40, Glasses of champagne 114, Hard spirit cocktails 60, Smirnoff cocktails 18, and Beers 156.  Total drinks = 388. There were 9 Adults drinking within 6 days = about 7 drinks per day.  Best Thanksgiving of my life.  Got to meet a lot of extended family.  I’m fat and happy, ready to hit up the Surly today and knock off a few pounds this week.

On a ride around town, my Paul Cantilevers came loose. The cable end popped off. Luckily I was close to my dads house when it happened. This was all he had to offer. I love it!

This blows me away!  I love the strength training with power cleans, squats and deadlifts to get these athletes into the shape they have to be in to win.

I’m headed out to Houston, TX today for a good week with my family.  Drinks will be drunk and food consumed.  I’m not bringing my Surly with me.  I’m already feeling postpartum about it.  It will be good for recovery, and I’ll be running a fun 5K to support the elderly.  All in all I’m ready to get out of Alabama for a while.  Wish I had time to head up to Austin, TX and give a shout out to ProllyIsNotProbably.com.  Happy Holidays!!
