DKlein // PDX to SF

Let’s get business legit for a minute.  I’ve never meet Dustin Klein so I could be completely speaking out of my ass (I doubt it though).

I’m currently building a business model for FOLLY (little fyi for you great supporters out there) and one of my self tasked tasks… is to research companies that resonate with Kyle and I.  Now, although I have no clue the hardships or planning that went into making Cadence successful, what I do know is that Dustin Klein lives what he believes/projects and has built a bad ass company around that.

Case and point… 700 mile solo and unsupported trek from Portland to San Francisco! That. Is amazing!

I could only imagine the rad creative inspiration that would be conjered up with a ride like this.

From day one Mr. Klein and the Cadence Crew have been a big inspiration.  Thank you for that Dustin.  Ride on bro!

Get Inspired. Live what you believe.

Take The Road Less Traveled

The Road Less Traveled

Being out here in Alabama… I get to ride a lot of back country roads, explore farm land, Monte Sano (that’s Italian for Mount of Health), wildlife refuges and general town to town crusin till I’m blue in the face.

It is ALWAYS fun/exciting to take a road (or path) that I have never traveled before.  More often than not… said road (or path) offers a good time that will leave a smile on my face.

I challenge you fine folks to do the same. Get on your bike or board and go exploring.  Pack the appropriate necessities and hit the road. Set no time expectations. Pick a direction and head out.  I’m willing to bet you have a blast!

Have a GREAT weekend!

NEW // FOLLY Hand Stickers

FOLLY Hand

We’ve seen a lot of folks with our older FOLLY hand sticker that they’ve cut out themselves… so we figured we would save you the time and go ahead and get these cut for you.

These vinyl 2″ish x 2″ish are super primo with a nice matte layer on top to keep it stuck and protected for years to come wherever this little guy may end up.

I hope you dig.  Feel free to go pick up 5 for $5, and I’ll have them shipped in a jiff!

Cheers!! Happy Friday!

Bike Mag x Mission Workshop // Ask A Founder :: Keith Bontrager

Keith Bontrager

Mission Workshop and Bike Magazine… never a bad combo.

The “Ask A Founder” series is so good!  Kyle and I are the Founders of FOLLY and we run into struggles all time… how we want to be defined, what to create next, who to connect with, and the list goes on. It is NEVER a bad idea to learn from folks that have already been where we are currently, and ask questions on how to push past perceived limitations.  Bike Magazine and Mission workshop have made it very easy for you fine folks to do just that.  Get on good ol’ Twitter and #ASKBONTRAGER to ask Keith a question of your choosing… I will be. I’ve got tons of questions (don’t worry, I’m only gonna ask. a. couple…)

I hope you participate, and if you’re in the area, you should definitely attend… share a beer (I mean coffee because it will be 10 a.m.) and a few high fives.  Cheers!!
