If it’s ok by you two, I may or may not have borrowed this very nifty image for my post on staying hydrated (http://wp.me/p3MQd1-nZ).

Also, question for the experts, what bike might you suggest for a beginner triathlete? My first ride went down on a borrowed bike which meant lots of people passing me by. I Googled the heck out of this question and people seem divided over a road bike or a true tri bike. And I’m still a student, so I’d love a less expensive option to ask Santa (aka my parents) for the gift!
